On 9 April the Thought Leadership Group assembled a fine group of speakers to continue the discourse on Measuring Marketing Effectiveness begun last year. The evening’s topic was Show me the ROI.
First up was Stan Maclan from Cranfield University, followed by Dominic Grounsell Marketing Director at RSA and Liveryman Mandy Merron, Partner at Kingston Smith.
