Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are the backbone of most economies around the world. In fact, SMEs make up the majority of businesses in many countries, providing employment opportunities and contributing to economic growth. However, SMEs often face challenges when it comes to recruiting and retaining skilled workers. This is where apprentice training programs can play a crucial role in helping SMEs to overcome these challenges and develop a skilled workforce.
