The Loving Cup Interviews
At the start of the pandemic the Marketors were looking for novel ways to connect with our community and find positives in adversity. The Company created a new kind of Loving Cup ceremony as a way to get to know each other better, through remote 1-1 video interviews.
The Loving Cup was started by Lesley Wilson in her year as Master, interviewing Freeman Simon Leadbetter. Simon chose to interview Liveryman Jenny Ashmore who in turn will choose the next Marketor and so on, for as many Marketors as want to be part of the interview chain.
We kept this record for all Marketors to get to know other members in the company.
