Leslie delivered an incredibly energetic presentation to a full audience of over 40 guests drawing on his own personal experiences and anonymous case study research undertaken by his department with some of the leading financial services brands.
The key principles of developing a strong financial services brand were outlined throughout the seminar along with identifying some of the key reasons why most financial services brands are failing to deliver.
His presentation covered such topics as defining the brand, shifting the brand paradigm, assessing brand success, brand characteristics, brand as a holistic experience, using staff as brand builders and communicators, internalising the brand and integrating departments’, customer support and services and responsiveness to change.
Leslie was joined, for what was a very lively and interesting panel discussion, by Liveryman Anthony Thomson, who also kindly chaired the event, along with Aidan Lisser and Neil Scaife.
The evening ended with drinks and canapés which provided a good opportunity for the guest to chat and discuss the seminar at length.
A huge thank you must go to Professor Leslie for delivering such an interesting seminar and also to the panel guest for the night Anthony, Aidan and Neil for their views and input.
