Company Governance

The Company is governed by a Court of Assistants. Each year the Court elects from its ranks a Master together with a Senior, Middle and Junior Warden. The Court is responsible for policy, strategy and overall management of the Company and appoints a Clerk to manage its day-to-day affairs.

In addition to the Master and Wardens, the Court consists of a number of Court Assistants: Roddy Mullin, Mike Kearsley, Trevor Brignall, Michael Harrison, Michael Bedingfield, Susan Garland Worthington, Peter Rees, Mike Jones and Edward Fulbrook.

Committees and Task Forces

The Master chairs the 'Master and Wardens' Committee and in addition there are a number of other standing committees. These are generally chaired by Court Members who report back to the Court.
