Communications and PR Committee
The primary aim of this Committee is to inform the membership, the City, professional Marketers and professions related to Marketing about the Company and its activities. As practitioners in Marketing or specialists in various professions which support Marketing, the Committee is very aware that this is where their skills are demonstrated to their peer group.
The Marketor newsletter is a key resource and the editor is ex-officio Committee member. Usually selected from within the Committee, the editor is expected to work skilfully and independently. The Committee offers any assistance the editor may require to produce a journal for our members, other Livery companies, the Regiment and the City which motivates and engages the Livery.
The committee is responsible for all media relations and press releases concerning the Company’s many activities.
Any member of the Company who wishes to rise to the challenge of being more involved in the Livery especially in terms of communication, its strategy and delivery is most welcome to apply for membership to this prestigious committee. |
